I had a memorable time staying here. The check-in was simple, and I enjoyed visiting the Speakeasy Lounge for a cocktail. The location was convenient for walking to the waterfront. My room was cozy with a sink which was nice. Although I had a shared bathroom, I was prepared for that. I appreciated the unique experience during my visit.
The shared bathroom was not well stocked, and the cleanliness could be improved. It was a bit challenging to have a separate bathroom, but I was aware of this before my stay.

Location near great dining options made exploring easy. While the shared bathroom cleanliness could improve, my overall experience felt special.

Finding this place was a pleasant surprise after a long day of skiing at Giants Ridge. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, and the location was perfect for the Duluth Playhouse. Parking was reasonable, but the lack of upfront info in the welcome letter was a bit confusing.

We had a cozy night enjoying the unique bar scene, including free drink tickets and an awesome live band that made our stay memorable. Plus, the sauna was a nice touch for some relaxation after a busy day. The shared bathroom situation wasn’t ideal, but that didn’t sour our experience overall. 😊
